Custom-made furniture

All IMIHO furniture is custom-made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically to your wishes, it cannot be exchanged, returned, or cancelled once production has started.

If a custom-made item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately — we will arrange repair or replacement.

Ready-made / showroom items

For ready-made or showroom items, you may cancel your order at any time before shipment without extra costs.

If the order has already shipped, you can still return the item under our 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive it.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Condition of returns

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please notify us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Inspection at delivery

We ask you to check your order upon delivery. Any visible damage or incorrect items should be reported to us within 48 hours, so we can solve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Approved cancellations or returns will be refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original order.

Force majeure / delays

Production and delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to supplier availability, transport, or unforeseen events outside our control. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and provide an updated timeline.

Non-payment protection

Orders will only enter production once full (or agreed) payment has been received. If payment is not completed, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
