Product & Customization

Do you offer custom furniture?

Yes. All IMIHO pieces are made to order. You can share your ideas, dimensions, sketches, or references — and our design team will bring them to life.

Can I choose finishes and materials?

Yes. We offer a wide selection of finishes, colors, and materials so you can personalize each piece to your style.

How long does it take to build a custom piece?

Production time is usually 8–12 weeks, depending on the design and materials. We’ll confirm the timeline when you place your order.

Do you sell ready-made items?

We focus on made-to-order furniture. Some display and sample items may be available in our showroom — contact us for current options.

Orders & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Carpets are shipped throughout the Netherlands. Our custom-made furniture is delivered in the Amsterdam area and surroundings.

How is my furniture delivered?

Custom furniture is delivered to your home and installed by our team. Lighting is delivered to your door in Amsterdam and nearby areas, but not installed.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive tracking details or a delivery appointment confirmation.

Payment & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and cash payments in our showroom. Payments are processed securely before production or delivery begins.

What is your return policy?

For standard (non-customized) products, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Dutch and EU law. This means you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.Custom-made or personalized pieces are excluded from this right of return, as they are produced specifically to your wishes. If a custom item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so we can repair or replace it.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes. All our products come with the statutory 2-year legal warranty required in the Netherlands and EU. This covers manufacturing defects or faults that were not caused by misuse. Some of our partner manufacturers may offer additional warranties.

Design Services & Consultation

Do you provide interior design services?

Yes. We offer personal design advice to help you choose the right furniture, finishes, and layouts for your space. For larger projects, we can create a full interior design plan together with you.

How do I start a design project?

Simply contact us with your ideas, photos, or floor plan. We’ll schedule an appointment in our showroom or at your home to discuss options, materials, and budget before creating a proposal.

How do I care for solid wood furniture?

Solid wood is a natural material that changes over time. We recommend regular dusting with a dry cloth, occasional cleaning with a damp (not wet) cloth, and avoiding direct sunlight or heat sources. Use coasters and mats to protect the surface. We can advise on specific care products if needed.

Can I re-order the same item later?

Yes, most of our designs can be re-ordered. However, finishes and materials may vary slightly over time as suppliers update collections. We’ll always do our best to match your previous order as closely as possible.
